This property is conveniently located with area shopping, restaurants, businesses and Dover Air Force Base nearby.

Tenants pay gas to provider Chesapeake Utilities and electric and trash collection charges to provider the City of Dover Utility Department.  Water and sewer charges are paid by the property owner.  $35.00 application fee.  Credit report and criminal background check required.  Security deposit of $585.00 must be paid at lease signing.
